I had my Chesterfield delivered last night by two lads who were obviously exhausted.  They'd battled through snow, rain and high winds delivering in Scotland and then made their way to me at Greta Bridge, just outside Barnard Castle.  To be honest, I didn't expect to see them.  They had given me a courtesy call to let me know that they might be late but promised that they would deliver that night.  They actually got to my house at about a quarter to ten at night.  Despite the fact that they had had a particularly trying day they were still courteous and efficient, unwrapping my settee and placing it exactly where I wanted it.  They even took the packaging away!  I didn't get the name of these guys, but can you give them a big thank you from me, they did a great job and deserve a lot of praise for finishing their round under really difficult circumstances. The chesterfield is also great by the way!

I just had to drop you a line to let you know how thrilled I am with your service and my fabulous suite! I placed my order on the 12 th August and two weeks later my living room smells of leather and I have wonderful sumptuous seating. When I placed my order I was told exactly what would happen and when, from what needed to be paid at the time to the delivery arrangements. I t was great that so much information was volunteered rather than me having to ask a load of questions at the time. This morning two very nice deliver guys turned up, and they took great care not to mark or scuff my new decor, they knew I had an important birthday lunch to go to and made a special effort to make sure they came in time so I would not be late. Please pass on my thanks to them, they gave a professional and friendly service. The suite, what can I say, it is always a risk buying sight unseen, and I am glad I took it. The furniture is extremely well made and so very comfortable. I am afraid I have lost the Queen Anne chair to my brother, who made a beeline for it when he came over. My niece's partner has decided the club chair is his favourite, but thankfully I still have possession of the Chesterfield sofa. I have not spent this sort of money on something on line before, and I am so glad I did. The quality is superb and the price more so. I don't know how you do it, but I am so grateful that you do. I will not hesitate to buy from you again.
