How do you deliver my order?
In the UK we offer either our own delivery service or one of our specialist furniture carrier companies that will deliver your furniture into your home (subject to access). They will remove all packaging and ensure that you are 100% happy that your furniture has arrived in good condition.
How long is delivery from ordering?
A large amount of our sofas are handmade to order and generally take 4 to 8 weeks to be manufactured and delivered (depending on delivery area). However we also carry a large amount of stock which does vary at times.
Do you hold stock items?
We do have a larger range of furniture in stock which does vary at all times. All the items listed on the sale page are in stock and we are able to deliver stock items quicker than the standard 4 to 8 week waiting time (depending on delivery area). Please call to check stock at any time.
What Guarantees do you offer?
All our furniture is handmade here in Lancashire, England and we pride ourselves on the quality of our manufacturing. We have been making Chesterfield furniture for many years. All our furniture carries a 1 year guarantee against faulty workmanship and/or materials (excluding accidental damage caused by the customer) and we also offer a 5 year frame guarantee on the beech hard wood frames which our Chesterfield sofas and chairs are manufactured from. Is everything made in the UK?
All our furniture is handmade here in the UK. We source all our leather and materials here in the UK and are constantly striving to manufacture the best products.
Are you able to bespoke make furniture?
As we manufacture our own furniture we are able to offer a bespoke made to measure service. We can manufacture most items to your own specifications whether to be made higher, deeper, or wider. We can also change the cushion specification if required. Please contact us to discuss any requirements you may have.
What are your different leather options?
All leather is natural and carries different characteristics. The Traditional Antique leather is our standard range. This is a good quality hard wearing traditional antique two toned leather. Our Full Grain Windsor leather range is a matt plain finish which is available in many colours. The Superior Old English Range is a semi aniline natural distressed finish which has a distressed finish. This range when stretched gives a contrast of different leather shading to give a beautiful natural leather look. The Vintage cracked leather range is a very weathered crack finish to give a lived in used look.
Can I supply my own fabric?
We do not supply fabric however you can supply your own fabric if you prefer. It is important that the fabric meets all Fire Regulations and is also the correct upholstery fabric to be able to use when making Chesterfield furniture. Please contact us regarding this option.
How do I clean my furniture?
Our Chesterfields are easy to clean depending on type of leather chosen. All leather products can be viewed under our leather care page on the website and our expert team can advise on all aspects of after care.
