UK Mainland Delivery

All UK mainland deliveries are pre-arranged for a specific day and time slot. Large items are delivered by a two-man team who will bring your furniture into the room of your choice. All packaging is removed before the team leaves.

Smaller items such as footstools and office chairs may be delivered by a specialist third-party furniture courier depending on your location.

Europe

We regularly deliver to France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Greece, and other European countries. Delivery is typically door-to-door by specialist furniture carrier.

USA & Canada

We ship to the USA and Canada weekly. Full payment is required before dispatch on all overseas orders.

Asia & Rest of World

We have experience shipping to destinations across Asia and further afield. Contact us to discuss your location and we will arrange an accurate quote.

Please note: International deliveries are typically one-person kerbside deliveries. Please ensure you have assistance available to move furniture into your property.

Once your furniture is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery day and time slot.

Delivery day

Our team arrives within the agreed time slot. For UK mainland orders, furniture is brought in by a two-man team.

Room of your choice

Your furniture is placed in the room of your choice and all packaging is removed.

You inspect it

Please inspect your furniture carefully before the team leaves and let us know immediately if anything is not right.


Access & Fitting

Checking access before you order

It is your responsibility to ensure that furniture ordered will fit through all access points — doorways, hallways, staircases — and into the room of your choice. Please measure carefully before placing your order.

We recommend measuring the width and height of every doorway, hallway, and staircase your furniture will need to pass through. Chesterfield sofas are delivered fully assembled, so the full dimensions apply.

Where furniture cannot be delivered into your property due to access restrictions, we can deliver to an outbuilding or garage at your request. We will not be held liable for damage caused whilst attempting access where concerns have not been raised prior to delivery.

Delivery FAQs

Can I choose my delivery date?
We will contact you once your furniture is ready and agree a delivery day and time slot that suits you. If you need to rearrange, please let us know as soon as possible.
Will my furniture arrive assembled?
Yes. All sofas and chairs are delivered fully assembled. On some models, legs are packaged separately for transit and are straightforward to attach on arrival.
How long will my order take?
Most of our furniture is handmade to order and typically takes 4 to 8 weeks from order confirmation to delivery within mainland UK, though we often deliver sooner. If you need furniture more quickly, we hold a selection of ready-made stock items — call us on 01706 853636 to check availability.
Do you deliver to all UK postcodes?
We deliver to most UK postcodes including North Scotland (AB, DD, KY and accessible PH and IV postcodes) at the standard order-value rate. Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland have separate per-item charges. We are unable to deliver to Shetland (ZE), Outer Hebrides (HS), Caithness (KW), Isle of Man (IM), Jersey (JE), Guernsey (GY), Isle of Wight (PO30–41), Isles of Scilly (TR21–25), and most Scottish island postcodes. If you are unsure about your postcode, please get in touch before ordering.
What happens if my furniture arrives damaged?
Please inspect your furniture carefully before the delivery team leaves. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery paperwork and contact us as soon as possible with photographs and your order number.
How do I get an international delivery quote?
International delivery costs depend on your location and the size of your order. Please contact our team with your full delivery address and the items you are interested in and we will provide an accurate quote. Full payment is required before dispatch on all overseas orders.
Can you deliver to a business address or commercial premises?
Yes. We regularly deliver to hotels, offices, restaurants, and other commercial premises. If your delivery location has specific access requirements or loading restrictions, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
What if I am not home when delivery arrives?
All UK deliveries are pre-arranged for a specific day and time slot. If you cannot be present, please let us know in advance so we can rearrange. Where delivery is missed without prior notice, a redelivery charge may apply.
