Leather Master Soft Cleaner for Leather is a gentle but effective cleaning liquid suitable for all leather types except suede and nubuck.
Leather Master Leather Pull-Up cream is a cream for oiled or waxed pull-up leathers which contains the same type of fat liquors used originally to give the leather its feel and effect. If the leather becomes scratched or over-distressed Pull Up Cream will help to re-darken and restore the leather to the original appearance.

All UK mainland deliveries are pre-arranged for a specific day and time slot. Delivery is carried out by a two-man team who will place the furniture in the room of your choice, including up to 1 flight of steps.

For UK deliveries we use either our own delivery team or a specialist furniture carrier. In both cases, your furniture will be brought into your home (subject to access). The delivery team will remove all packaging and ensure you are satisfied with the condition of your furniture before leaving.
Before placing your order, we recommend measuring doorways, hallways, and staircases your furniture will need to pass through. If you have any concerns about access, please contact us before ordering — in many cases we can advise on the best approach, or discuss whether a bespoke size might suit your space better.
Our sofas and chairs are delivered fully assembled. Legs may be packaged separately on some models for transit and are straightforward to attach. If you have any questions about a specific piece, please ask when ordering.
Returns & Guarantee
As most of our furniture is handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns on bespoke or made-to-order items unless they are faulty or damaged. If you have ordered a ready-made stock item and have a concern, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend ordering free leather swatches before purchasing to ensure confidence in your colour choice.
In the unlikely event that your furniture arrives damaged, please inspect it carefully at the point of delivery and inform the delivery team before they leave. Contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs and we will arrange to resolve the issue. All our furniture carries a 12-month guarantee against faulty workmanship and a 5-year structural frame guarantee.

Screen colours vary depending on your monitor, so we strongly recommend ordering free leather swatches before purchasing. We offer up to 6 free samples, letting you see the true colour and texture in your own home, under your own lighting. Request swatches here.
We offer four main leather ranges. Traditional Antique — a durable two-tone antique finish and our most popular option. Full Grain Windsor — a matt, plain finish in a wide range of colours. Superior Old English — a semi-aniline, naturally distressed leather with beautiful tonal variation. Vintage — a heavily weathered, cracked finish for a lived-in appearance. Samples of all ranges are available free of charge.
With proper care, a well-made leather Chesterfield can last decades. All our furniture is handmade in Lancashire using traditional methods and solid beech hardwood frames, backed by a 5-year structural guarantee. The leather matures naturally over time, often becoming more characterful with age.
Day-to-day care is simple — dust occasionally with a soft dry cloth, and for light marks use a slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh or alcohol-based cleaning products. Yes. Leather is one of the more low-maintenance upholstery choices over time. It doesn't trap dust or pet hair the way fabric can, and most everyday spills wipe off cleanly if attended to promptly. With occasional conditioning and keeping away from direct sunlight or heat sources, your furniture will remain in excellent condition for many years.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
Yes. Because we manufacture everything ourselves in Lancashire, we can adjust most dimensions — including height, depth, and width. Custom sizing is subject to a £30 per inch premium on the adjusted dimension, and bespoke orders may require a longer lead time. Yes, we can accommodate a range of customisation requests beyond sizing, including leg style and finish options on many of our pieces. If you have something specific in mind, get in touch and we'll confirm what's possible for the model you're interested in.
Yes, although we do not supply fabric ourselves. If you'd like us to upholster a piece in your own fabric, it must comply with UK fire safety regulations and be a suitable upholstery-grade material for Chesterfield construction. Please contact us before ordering to discuss this option.
