The Stafford tub chair is made by hand at our workshop in Blackburn, Lancashire, using traditional upholstery methods and a solid hardwood frame. Every chair leaves our workshop individually inspected and finished — no flat-pack, no shortcuts.
A tub chair built for real life
Unlike lighter occasional chairs, the Stafford is constructed to withstand regular daily use. The hardwood frame is kiln-dried and corner-blocked for lasting stability, and the genuine leather upholstery is chosen for its durability rather than its appearance alone. With basic care — occasional conditioning and cleaning with a soft cloth — the leather will remain in excellent condition for decades.
Choose your leather
The Stafford is available in our full leather range. Our Traditional Antique leather is the most popular choice, offering a warm two-tone finish with a natural aged character. The Full Grain Windsor range provides a cleaner, matt plain finish across a wide range of contemporary and classic colours. For something more textured, our Superior Old English leather is semi-aniline and naturally distressed, while our Vintage cracked leather offers a heavily weathered finish with a deliberately aged appearance.

All UK mainland deliveries are pre-arranged for a specific day and time slot. Delivery is carried out by a two-man team who will place the furniture in the room of your choice, including up to 1 flight of steps.
